Effective 1 September 2017, the Federal government has implemented mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis for all foreign passport holders’ guests. Therefore, please be advise that hotel will collect RM10 for each room per night for below reservation.
Effective 1st July 2016, an additional fee of RM 3.00 per room per night will be collected from all guests upon check in in accordance with the encouragement of tourism collection by the municipal council of Langkawi.
