Terms and Conditions

1. This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not done yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

2. Hotel, Flights, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.

3. 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets, If flight fare has increased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.

4. Any claims, controversies, demands, disputes, or differences between the parties here to arising out of, or by virtue of, or in connection with, or relating to this Agreement/product or services will be subject to jurisdiction in and only Delhi court of law.

5. We will not be held responsible for any schedule change by the airline or its impact on the existing and pre-booked package, any cost difference for hotel extension or any additional service will be borne by the customer.

6. If there are any changes on Airlines or Hotel part due to operational reason, customer has to bear the cost difference as Airlines may change the routes/timings of their scheduled flights due to operational, technical or unavoidable reasons.

7. The change in dates will attract re-quote.

8. Booking is Non-Refundable.

9. No Refund will be applicable if tour or any related services are impacted or cancelled due to Natural Calamities , Global epidemic and pandemic or any other God’s act

10. Booking is subject to cancellation if payment not received on or Before given timelimit .

11. Booking will only be processed after receiving advance booking amount. However same can be confirmed only after receiving the adequate / required amount for particular package.

12. Booking will be considered finally confirmed when we receive confirmation from Hotel, Transfer, Tours or other 3rd party suppliers / Vendors, and we provide you the confirmation in writing.

13. Alternate flight / hotel option will be provided in case of unavailability of given/ suggested flights / hotels.

14. It shall be solely your responsibility to hold valid travel documents like passports, visas and other statutory clearances like immigration, to enable you to travel on the tour hassle free.

15. As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, the operator shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor will he be liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or for any loss, expenses , damage or cost resulting there from. The position in respect of cancellation of tour by client due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of the client having applied for such documents through the operator. Even if visas are rejected, the stipulated fees of the operator shall be payable by the client. There will be no refund to the client, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the above said reasons. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit paid by the clients shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same.

16. Any verbal/oral communication regarding changes in earlier agreed package/hotel/inclusions/itinerary will not be entertained in cases of dispute.

17. Please remember that all special requests like early check-In, late check-out, smoking room, nonsmoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.

18. Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveler.

19. For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing - any delay by passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable , any cost impact on the services due to late arrival of guest will be borne by the customer.

20. We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays by the customer. Please ensure that you follow the itinerary as per timings as discussed or mentioned in the day wise itinerary.

21. The itinerary is designed in a manner so that all the sightseeings/activities may be enjoyed sufficiently and they are covered within the stipulated time period. It is advised that travelers follow the advise of agent/driver and manage their time well. If a few or more sightseeings are missed due to extension of stay over the advised time-period at a particular attraction, then the driver/agent may not be held liable for the same.

22. If due to the Government regulation/restriction , Driver changes the route and some or few part of the given tour itinerary is not covered or missed, We will try our best to cover the same during the remaining days of Tour, but cannot assure as time, vendor/supplier may not permit. Driver/Vendor or agent will not be held responsible as these are unknown changes which may take place due to unavoidable circumstances.

23. Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and documented by the travel agent .

24. In case of change of itinerary by traveler without prior information to agent, We shall not be liable for any non-delivery of inclusions .

25. We do not guarantee the hotel services and food quality. However, we suggest that in case of any concerns, kindly inform the travel agent immediately so that timely action may be taken.

26. We do not take guarantee for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice. We can only suggest the best possible hotel options depending on guest’s budget and preferences. However if customer do not find the property suitable as per their perceived expectations , We will try our best to accommodate the customer in another hotel with same category but cannot assure or guarantee the changes and we shall not be held responsible for the same.

27. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the travelers due to violation of rules of local government .

28. In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, Titiksha Holidays reserves the right to adjust the tour price accordingly .

29. For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is preset and specific choice of meal may not be available .

30. We are not liable for the care of personal items of travelers during the trip. Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold etc is purely customer responsibility .

31. Customers should take responsibility of their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss .

32. Vouchers provided by the travel agent against the booking need to be verified by the traveler and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers .

33. In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Titiksha Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Amount Paid earlier will be Forfeited .

34. Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not .

35. Any amendments/additions to package (dates, inclusions, itinerary etc), will be done at an extra cost to the customer. Changes made to the package will be made as per cancellation policy of the original package and customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this .

36. In case of force majeure cases (such as curfew, riots etc), Titiksha Holidays shall not be liable for any losses made thereof.

37. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not even with all due care, foresee or forestall such as (by way of example and not by way of limitation) war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, Global epidemic and pandemic s and all such similar Crisis . The booking is non transferable, non Changeable and non refundable. We will try our best to change the date or shift the itinerary if Hotel, Airlines allow us to do the same. However any cost difference while doing the changes will be borne by the customer.

38. In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Titiksha Holidays will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, we are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it .

39. Passport of all travelers need to have 6 month validity from the date of departure. In case of any confusion about applicability of passport w.r.t. trip departure, kindly get in touch with booking agent / advisor at the earliest .

40. Embassies and Consulates will not accept passports for visa issuance and travel in the below mentioned conditions
1. If the passport has been issued with a validity of 20 years
2. If the passport is not machine-readable, i.e., if it is handwritten
3. If the passport will expire within the next six months of travel
4. If you do not have enough visa pages. There is no provision of additional booklets/pages
5. If the passport is damaged in any way (such as water spots, torn pages, thread off)

41. Travelers are advised to check that passports are valid and eligible for international travel. Titiksha Holidays or affiliated parties will not be liable for passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit .

42. Visa issuance is not under the authority of the Titiksha Holidays . Travelers are advised to comply with requisite visa formalities .

43. We will not be liable for any Visa rejections and Hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are .

44. In the event of change in Visa fee, the additional fee must be borne by the traveler .

45. Standard check-in timings of hotels are 2 pm and check-out is 11 am. Early check-in and late checkout will be available as per hotel availability and hotel rules .

46. Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied .

47. If there is a Gala dinner in your hotel (on Christmas, New Year or any other important day) then it is mandatory and chargeable from hotelier direct .

48. The prices displayed on the website for various products and services like flight tickets, hotel reservations, transfers, tours, insurance and more shall come either inclusive or exclusive of all taxes and fees applied by the government.
